SHIPPING POLICY


At CardPlus TCG & Collectibles, we aim to provide a fast and reliable shipping experience for all our players and collectors across Australia and New Zealand.

  1. Shipping Destinations
    We currently ship to all addresses within Australia and New Zealand. We use Australia Post and select premium couriers to ensure your cards arrive safely.
  2. Processing & Handling Time
    All in-stock orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
    Please Note: Pre-order items will ship as soon as the official release date arrives.
  3. Shipping Rates & Transit Times
    We offer the following shipping options:
    Standard Shipping: $12.00 AUD (3–7 business days)
    Express Shipping: $18.00 AUD (1–3 business days)
    Free Standard Shipping: On all Australian orders over $150 AUD.
    Transit times are estimates provided by our carriers and may vary slightly based on your location (e.g., regional areas may take longer).
  4. Tracking Your Order
    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly via the carrier’s website.
  5. Signature & Security
    To ensure the safety of high-value collectibles, some orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home, the carrier will leave a card with instructions for collection at your local post office.
  6. Damaged or Lost Items
    If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@cardplustcg.com with photos of the packaging and the contents. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
