- Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all addresses within Australia and New Zealand. We use Australia Post and select premium couriers to ensure your cards arrive safely. - Processing & Handling Time
All in-stock orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
Please Note: Pre-order items will ship as soon as the official release date arrives. - Shipping Rates & Transit Times
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping: $12.00 AUD (3–7 business days)
Express Shipping: $18.00 AUD (1–3 business days)
Free Standard Shipping: On all Australian orders over $150 AUD.
Transit times are estimates provided by our carriers and may vary slightly based on your location (e.g., regional areas may take longer). - Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly via the carrier’s website. - Signature & Security
To ensure the safety of high-value collectibles, some orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home, the carrier will leave a card with instructions for collection at your local post office. - Damaged or Lost Items
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@cardplustcg.com with photos of the packaging and the contents. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
